2. Orders & Branch Availability

  • Cake Al Taybeen operates 10 branches across the United Arab Emirates. Products, pricing, and delivery availability may vary slightly depending on your selected branch and emirate.
  • All orders are subject to availability. Custom cake orders, party trays, or large event catering require minimum advance notice as specified at checkout.

3. Food Safety, Ingredients & Allergens

  • Our cakes and bakery products may contain common allergens, including gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, and soy.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient warnings and specifying severe allergies in the order notes prior to payment.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on the website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Delivery & Self-Pickup Policy

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates provided based on distance from your selected local branch. Cake Al Taybeen is not responsible for minor delays caused by extreme weather, traffic congestion, or incomplete delivery addresses.
  • For self-pickup orders, items must be collected within the designated time slot specified during order confirmation.
